Dr. Cheri D. Brown

Dr. Brown has recently returned to Kokomo with her husband Kim Smith after spending 9 years in Portland, Oregon.  There she practiced massage therapy and taught pathology, kinesiology, myofascial release and advanced massage assessment and techniques at the Oregon School of Massage.  She graduated from Northwestern High School and attended Siena Heights University where she received a bachelors degree in massage therapy.  She attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, where she received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  She is currently pursuing her post-doctorate certification in functional rehabilitation from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.

Dr. Brown is very passionate about helping her patients improve physical function, restore balance and giving them tools to move toward having the freedom to do what brings them joy.  She has special interests in treating jaw dysfunctions, chronic postural problems and helping improve movement in many individuals from adolescent athletes that need a focused rehabilitation plan to excel in there sporting events, to individuals with balance problems that are reliant on walking aids such as canes and walkers.
